Один из мифов — «правильное» дыхание.
Я специально взял в скобки слово «правильное». Потому что не бывает правильного дыхания. Дыхание — бывает. Правильное — не бывает. Бывает естественное и неестественное дыхание.
Поймите меня правильно — я не дилетант.
Я учился «правильно» дышать и на йоге, и на ушу, на холотропке и других «телесках» и, конечно же, на различных курсах красноречия.
Я знаю, что такое правильное дыхание.
Никто из ораторов не заморачивается «правильным дыханием».
Никто.
Никто не дышит специально на сцене каким-то особым способом.
Хорошие ораторы одинаково дышат, хоть перед выступлением, хоть во время выступления, хоть вне выступления.
Дышат ораторы — естественно.
И они не думают во время выступления:
«А правильно ли я дышу?»
Не думают они о своем дыхании — они думают о публике, и сосредоточены именно на людях, а не на себе.
Я бывал на подобных упражнениях. Чтобы вы не тратили время на подобное — расскажу вкратце свое мнение.

Сидя на стуле, или лёжа на коврике, можно научиться дышать как угодно.
Только вот этот навык так и останется на этом стуле или на этом коврике.
Одно дело — ничего не делать и дышать, совсем другое — заняться сложным делом, сопротивляясь естественному ритму своего дыхания, выработанного годами.
Не стоит тратить деньги на подобный тренинг, где вас научат неестественному дыханию.
Запомните — оратор, прежде всего, естественный человек!
Актеру можно быть неестественным. Артисту — тоже можно.
И не видел никого, кому обязательно нужно было бы заняться дыханием.
Конечно, больные люди в нашем обществе есть, те, которым подобные упражнения принесут пользу. Но не думаю, что это про вас.
Уверен, с дыханием у вас все в порядке.
Не мешайте себе дышать
Тело само знает, как ему лучше дышать.
Главное — не мешайте ему в этом.
Во время выступления принимайте удобную позу — тогда и дышать будет удобно.
Избегайте выступлений сидя — вот тогда диафрагма может быть зажата и дыхание будет не достаточным для сильного голоса. Выступайте — стоя.
Развитие дыхания
Если вы хотите развить дыхание — то это должно быть естественное ваше дыхание.
То есть, оно должно быть и на сцене и вне сцены одинаково естественным. Напомню, оратору необходимо быть естественным, в отличии от актера, которому позволительно быть неестественным на сцене.
То есть, это должны быть длительные тренировки, которые сделают новый навык естественным.
Развитие голоса.
Часто люди путают развитие голоса и развитие дыхания. Голос хорошо развивается, к примеру, различным пением.
Даже «караоке» подойдет. Ребята, которые пели в детстве в хоре — имеют хороший голос.
Самое лучшее место для развития голоса — сольфеджио. Специалист по сольфеджио сделает вам любой голос, какой хотите:
низкий, высокий, громкий, бархатный.
Есть различные курсы по развитию голоса.
Они — тоже подойдут. Но, как правило, вам не хватит того времени, выделенного на тренинге, чтобы успеть развить свой голос. Теорию вы получите, узнаете о полезных упражнениях, и на этом время тренинга закончится. Дальше — все в ваших руках.
Дыхание — это тело. И дыхание лучше развивается с помощью спорта. Любого спорта. Фитнес, пилатес, йога, бокс, борьба, бег, спортивные танцы, горный туризм…
Кстати, я как руководитель турклуба и организатор множества походов, могу сказать, что в походе учатся дышать все, и очень быстро. И организм не обманешь. Все участники похода очень хорошо дышат — дышат так как очень и очень нужно этому организму. Назовите это «правильно».
