Когда я нахожусь в зале, наблюдая за выступлением своего клиента, я смотрю в первую очередь на внимание зала. Для этого выбираю место в зале так, чтобы видеть и сцену и зрительный зал, как можно лучше. И выступление оратора оцениваю, прежде всего, по вниманию публики.
Каким должно быть внимание? Максимальным. Пусть не 100-процентным. Достаточно приемлемым пределом является 80-99%
Ведь аудитории бывают разные. Согласен, всем не угодишь. И, если потеряно внимание 20 человек ради внимания 80 – это допустимо. Для оратора среднего уровня.

Если оратор совершил много ошибок – это куда менее печально, нежели потеря внимания публики. Куда хуже, когда не было ошибок, но и не было внимания. Это и есть глобальная ошибка, перекрывающая все остальные.
