Критикуем грамотно.
Критика — это сильное оружие, полезно им пользоваться осторожно.
Все люди любят критиковать. Но не все это умеют делать. Статья о том, как грамотно критиковать людей, чтобы и они не обиделись, и вы получили должный результат.
В других статьях я писал о причинах неуверенности в себе и рекомендовал не бояться.
А еще я рекомендовал не критиковать детей, чтобы не отбить у них желание делать что-то новое.
Но что делать, если вы видите ошибки и не можете удержаться от критики?
Техника критики: «Хороше-критика-хорошее»
Схема такая: сначала вы говорите что-то хорошее, после этого критикуете и обязательно даете рекомендации к исправлению. Завершаете чем-то хорошим. Сокращенно схема выглядит так: «ХОРОШЕЕ-КРИТИКА-РЕКОМЕНДАЦИЯ-ХОРОШЕЕ».
Так можно критиковать и детей, и взрослых.
Сначала приведу пример, как указать на ошибки ребенка.
Критикуем грамотно.
1. Начинаем с хорошего. Хвалим.
«Милый ребенок! Я тебя люблю! И мне радостно, что ты учишься самостоятельно ремонтировать квартиру».
2. После этого вставляем критику
«Но то, что ты не убрал после себя мусор и сломал инструменты – это меня огорчает».
3. Далее, не критикуя, даем рекомендации к исправлению.
«Давай сейчас вместе закончим начатое, — говорите вы. — Я тебе покажу, как это сделать лучше. Поломанный инструмент ты купишь завтра». Закончить нужно похвалой: «Я рад, что ты учишься новому. У тебя все получится! Я горжусь тобой!»

Мы дважды хвалим, и это гасит негативное воздействие критики. В первый раз, — в начале критики, второй — в конце критики.
После этого дети не будут бояться стремиться к новым навыкам.
Так же можно критиковать и взрослых.

На совет полезно спросить разрешение: «Хотите услышать мой совет? Хотите, я дам дельную рекомендацию?» Но не обольщайтесь, советы никто не обязан выполнять.
Ошибайтесь вместе!
