Самым важным для меня было привыкнуть говорить с паузами, отвечать на сложные вопросы.

Несмотря на то, что мои семинары, пестрят цифрами, графиками, незнакомыми определениями, провожу их в свободной и непринужденной атмосфере.
Мой вывод: зачастую, перед аудиторией не нужно выступать. С ней нужно беседовать как со старым другом. Тогда атмосфера будет теплее,
а отношение к выступающему более доверительным.

Раньше я часто выступала в школе, на утренниках, в университете, но все это происходило вместе с другими людьми. А вот чтоб остаться одной на сцене, как-то не приходилось. Но все бывает 1-й раз! Помню, что было не страшно, но начинала бешено быстро биться сердце, не хватало воздуха и слова начинала глотать. 🙂
На тренинге научилась владеть собой, не быть подвластной чувствам.
Очень понравилось то, как обратить внимание всей аудитории на себя, как держать своим взглядом взгляд каждого человека. Потом пришел азарт: как здорово видеть глаза людей, которые ловят каждое твое слово!
Еще очень важным было упражнение говорить о том чего не знаешь, экспромтом! Вот без этого теперь никуда!
