Эти ошибки ораторов не особо видны публике. За них не ругают. Такие ошибки, чаще всего, не замечают. Но оратору важно знать и об этих ошибках.
1. Отсутствие уважения

Так чему же удивляться, что студенты не уважают такого преподавателя? Будет ли студенческая аудитория лояльна к преподавателю? Будут ли слушать? Нет!
Уважение. Прежде всего, оратор должен уважать людей в зале. Искренне.
Уважение должно быть во всем: в мимике, голосе, взгляде, словах, жестах…
Но чаще всего ораторы не задумываются над тем, уважают ли они публику.
Напротив, есть выступающие, которые смотрят на публику «свысока». «Возвышаются» над всеми, пытаются «поучать».
Кроме уважения к публике, есть и другое отношение.
Любовь
Можно публику любить.
Это очень сложно, но возможно.
Можно любить публику. Каждого человека в зале.
Любовь во взгляде, в улыбке, в словах.
Тогда публика ответит тем же – любовью.
И вы это увидите. То, как смотрят в ответ, как улыбаются, как задумываются люди над вашими словами…
Но! Нельзя прислуживать аудитории!
Оратор – не официант! Держаться нужно достойно.
Тонкая грань – не возвышаться и не опускаться.

Вместо слова “всезнайство” можно вставить другие слова, подходящие по смыслу: важность, самоуверенность и так далее.
Публика не любит зазнайства. И часто пытается поставить оратора “на место”, или же “мстит” оратору за такое поведение.
Если вы, конечно, не гуру.

Делиться знаниями, конечно, нужно. Для того оратор на сцене. Но это не должно выглядеть, как: “Я знаю, а вы – нет! Смотрите, какой я молодец!” 🙂
3. Советы.
Многие признанные ораторы раздают советы.
Они к этому привыкли. К этому привыкла публика. Всех это устраивает.
Другие ораторы, начинающие, берут пример с именитых ораторов и тоже начинают давать советы. Но эти советы, почему-то раздражают публику.
Мал еще, чтобы советы давать!
Постарайтесь избегать любых советов при выступлениях: «И я советую вам…»
Исключением является ситуация, когда оратор – гуру, и его советов публика ждет.
4. Желание понравиться публике

Вот и всё.
Если каждый человек в зале понравится вам – произойдет то же самое в вашу сторону. Вы понравитесь публике.
5. Идеальное выступление
Эта ошибка не приводит к плохому выступлению.
Эта ошибка приводит к плохому настроению. И к нежеланию выступать в следующий раз.
Нежелательно себя настраивать на стопроцентный успех. Не бывает идеальных выступлений, когда получилось на все 100 процентов.
В лучшем случае – 99%, и то, если очень повезет.. Начинающему оратору по силам выступить с 80% успехом, не более. То есть, оратор, желающий 100%-ного успеха, обречен на недовольство собою.
Если вы еще не совсем опытный оратор, рекомендую стремиться к 80%-му результату. В этом случае, и планка высока, и всегда будете довольными собою.
А если вы выступите, к примеру, на восемьдесят пять процентов – вы будете очень рады, ведь получили больше, чем ожидали.
Возможно, стремиться выступить лучше – похвально. Но цели себе лучше ставить реальные.
Я часто вижу таких ораторов, которые недовольны своей речью. Хотя выступили – хорошо. Пользы от такого недовольства мало.
6. Всеобщее внимание
Ошибочно ожидать, что вас обязательно будут все слушать.
Все-все. Обязательно.
Даже опытный оратор не всегда может добиться 100%-ного внимания.
Кто-нибудь, да и отвлечется.
Никто не обязан вас слушать.
Нет такого закона, по которому все-все должны слушать оратора.
Люди – разные. Возможно, кто-то имеет свое мнение, не совпадающее с вашим.
Не огорчайтесь, если вас кто-то не слушает. Не тратьте зря свою энергию на бесполезные попытки заставить всех-всех людей смотреть на вас.
Так бывает, что оратор делает замечания таким слушателям, давит своим положением, авторитетом. В ответ на это получает сопротивление. А вся остальная публика на это смотрит. И, по сути, тратит свое драгоценное время.
Рекомендую те же 80%. Полезно настроиться на то, что вас будут слушать 80% публики.
Но если будут слушать еще больше – вы молодец!
7. Выступление без аплодисментов
Кто из ораторов не хочет получить аплодисменты в конце выступления?
Такая уж сложилась традиция: чем лучше выступление – тем сильнее аплодисменты.
Многие люди искренне говорят: «Я люблю аплодисменты».
Это честно.
Но не все ораторы могут добиться аплодисментов.
И не все ораторы могут их легко принимать.
Многие ораторы уходят раньше, чем зрители начнут аплодировать.
Часто ораторы смущаются при аплодисментах.
Может, не привыкли к благодарности публики?
Аплодисменты могут быть причиной поспешного завершения выступления.
Выглядеть это может как бегство.
Оратору полезно привыкнуть к аплодисментам.
Привыкнуть принимать их достойно.
Уходить полезно на пике аплодисментов.
Научитесь это делать в упражнениях.
После каждого своего выступления на тренировке обязательно дожидайтесь (добивайтесь) аплодисментов. Выдерживайте паузу. Смотрите смело и открыто в глаза зрителей. Получайте удовольствие (вместо смущения).
