Минимум теории — максимум практики.
Обучает на тренингах кто? — да, тренер. Тренер не читает лекции — он показывает, дает упражнения, смотрит, как получается, корректирует: тренирует.
Результат у тренинга всегда есть!
И этот результат очевидный:
Не умел танцевать — теперь танцует.
Не умел выступать — уже выступает.
На тренингах обучаться удобно и выгодно! Удобно, потому что есть тренер, который научит, покажет, заставит…
Выгодно, потому что быстро и качественно.

Онлайн-тренинг
Обычно тренинги проходят в группах офлайн. Но тренинг может быть онлайн. При онлайн тренинге тренер выдает задания, а ученик тут же их выполняет. Очень многому можно обучиться онлайн.
К примеру, при онлайн обучении ораторскому искусству, ученик выступает прямо перед монитором компьютера (ноутбука, планшета). Выступать можно, как сидя, так и стоя.

Что могут предлагать вместо тренинга?
1. Лекция — это не тренинг
Это — лекция, а не тренинг.
Если на тренинге более половины времени вы сидите на месте и слушаете — это не тренинг, а лекция!!!
Если вы сидите за столами и что-то записываете — лекция.
Смотрите по результату.
Если на выходе у вас появились хорошие знания — это и есть лекция.
Для этого она и предназначена.
Но это не было тренингом.

Потому что прочитать можно и самому, найти материал сейчас не так сложно, как во времена до Интернета.
2. Семинар — это не тренинг
На тренинге есть тренер. Он обучает. Он в себе не сомневается, потому что знает и умеет — и это очевидно. И, чтобы сэкономить время всей группе, он не будет собирать у обучающихся разные мнения и обсуждать их с группой.
Идет семинар. Вскоре он может превратиться в тренинг. Но пока это — семинар.
Такие моменты тренер может обсудить один на один, пока вся остальная группа занята очередным упражнением.
Перед группой тренер может лишь задавать подобные вопросы:
«Что было важным, полезным, что получается, что еще не понятно, в чем трудность?»
Но такой диалог не должен занимать много времени.
Если же тренер собирает мнение участников и фиксирует их на флипчарте — это семинар.
Семинары я тоже уважаю, сам провел сотни семинаров, хороших семинаров.
Но семинар должен стоить дешевле тренинга.

3. Мотивационная лекция — это не тренинг
Мы славно поработали — и что?
Если у занятия нет результата, то назовите это как угодно, но не тренингом. Бывает, что группа уходит воодушевленная, всем что-то понравилось… А результат, как от хоровода вокруг елки.
Даже если это был «личностный рост» — должен быть этот «рост», и весьма заметный.
4. Корпоративная вечеринка.
Я часто провожу командно-образовательные тренинги. Результат — сплоченная команда.
