— Согласна! А в чем состоит суть Вашей методики обучения людей ораторскому мастерству и искусству общения?
Как новички учатся водить машину? Правильно, за рулем автомобиля, под присмотром инструктора. Как стать оратором? Чтобы научиться выступать, нужно начать это делать – выступать! И у нас выступают, а не слушают басни тренера. А всю теорию можно, хоть сейчас, прочитать в Интернете.
Мы придумали много упражнений, чтобы развить все необходимые навыки оратора: взгляд, паузы, интонации, жесты, мимику, голос, привлечение и удержание внимания, и так далее…
Как стать оратором? — прежде всего, нужно научиться выступать.
— Многие считают, что ораторские умения — это талант, который либо есть, либо его нет. Как поддержать тех, кто не уверен? Что риторике можно научиться?
Как думаете, фраза” дрожат коленки от страха” — это метафора? Нет! У меня они дрожали. На одном из мероприятий в школе, я должен был выступать… И я все забыл, всё. Стоял и молчал. Хорошо помню странный шум в ушах и сильную дрожь в коленях.
Великий Цицерон говорил: «Поэтами рождаются, а ораторами – становятся». Согласен с ним. Ведь я сам прошел путь от робкого и застенчивого ребенка до уверенного оратора. Теперь я получаю удовольствие от выступлений, а не страх. Но я помню страхи и переживания, понимаю людей, которые боятся выступать – я был таким же. И это помогает мне быть хорошим тренером.
Представители каких профессий составляют большинство слушателей Ваших курсов?
Любых. Везде, где есть общение – пригодятся навыки ораторского искусства. Это менеджеры, администраторы, продавцы, политики, бизнесмены… Даже домохозяйки. К примеру, одна девушка, пройдя курс, стала помогать в бизнесе своему мужу, подготавливая презентации и выступая на них.
— Есть ли среди участников тренинга владельцы крупного бизнеса? Какие задачи они пытаются решить?
Конечно! Им-то в первую очередь нужно ораторское искусство. Самые смелые идут обучаться в группах, другие – предпочитают индивидуальное обучение, в том числе онлайн. На группе мы не разглашаем фамилий, всё инкогнито — только имя на бейджике, даже без отчества.
— Боязнь выступать на публике является одним из самых сильных страхов человека. Вы даете набор методов для избавления от этого страха?
Страх воды есть у тех людей, которые не умеют плавать. Так? А что будет чувствовать такой человек, оказавшись за бортом лодки? Дикий страх!
