Основная идея — обучение быстрое, комфортное и результативное. Чтобы уже после первого занятия был результат.
Работа в парах — лучший способ отработать навыки быстро и эффективно
Но при этом не было страха, неловкости из-за неумения выступать.
Обучение я построил так, как если бы я обучал сам себя. Как если бы я обучал своего друга.
Впрочем, весь первый выпуск состоял из моих друзей.
Я уважаю время.
Скучных лекций у нас нет. Нет конспектов. Нет долгих выступлений. Мы обучаем на практике.
Задания разные, интересные, индивидуальные.
Выбираем задания
Участники постоянно работают, выполняют какие-то упражнения.
Одни участники выполняют задания, а вторые принимают и корректируют. Тут же меняются ролями.
Все в работе.
Упражнения есть и парные, и в тройках, в пятерках, перед всей группой.
Отработка навыков в парах
Впрочем, лекции тоже есть, но очень короткие.
Ведь надо же сначала объяснить — а потом делать.
Короткая лекция тоже нужна. Но всё равно, главное — практика.
И все участники с ними справляются.
С каждым новым упражнением сложность заданий возрастает.
Сначала мы обучаем простым техникам, отрабатываем отдельные навыки: взгляд, паузы, жесты, интонации, скорость речи… Потом навыки соединяем вместе: взгляд + паузы, взгляд + интонации. Потом, когда все участники усваивают простые комбинации навыков, задания усложняются, а вместе с этим увеличивается мастерство ораторов: взгляд + паузы + интонации + скорость речи + жесты. Спустя время, у всех все получается.
Работать над упражнениями — всегда интересно. Особенно — когда получается.
Сложные упражнения всегда сначала отрабатываются в парах.
Это куда быстрее, чем выступать перед всеми. За 10-15 минут в паре можно повторить упражнение до пяти раз, пока получится.

Когда основные навыки риторики освоены, их можно демонстрировать перед публикой.
Можно выступать перед большой группой или перед всеми участниками.
Уже есть что демонстрировать! Уже не стыдно! Только чуточку волнительно.
Выступление перед всеми — очень волнительно. Но когда получается — это большое удовольствие.
Вот на этом этапе и можно поработать с волнением.
Когда уже знаешь, куда девать руки, когда не страшно смотреть в глаза, когда пауза помогает найти нужно слово, а не наоборот, когда отсутствуют мусорные слова, и даже нет желания их использовать.
Вот теперь можно поработать с волнением. Тогда, когда все навыки уже получаются сами собой.
Как правило, к концу первого курса, когда базовые навыки уже освоены, появляется уверенность в выступлениях.
Ведь эта уверенность не надуманная, она основана на опыте и практике.

На Втором курсе риторики осваиваются важные техники общения с публикой.
Оратору просто хорошо выступать – это пол дела.
Как правило, на втором курсе уже все участники хорошо выступают. Но еще плохо взаимодействуют с аудиторией. Этим и занимаемся на втором курсе. Тем более, что есть на ком тренироваться: на других участниках, которые терпеливо выдержат любые выступления, дадут похвалят и дадут полезные рекомендации.
