Обучение ораторскому искусству — это не лекция о том, как правильно выступать.
Будущие ораторы выполняют практические упражнения.
Отдельно выполняются упражнения по произношению слов, отдельно жесты, контроль слов, паузы, зрительный контакт и прочие элементарные навыки. Потом отдельные элементы соединяются во фрагменты речи оратора: например, соединить вербальную речь и паузы, взгляд и жесты. С каждым упражнением растет сложность заданий. И к концу обучения, все становятся хорошими ораторами и выступают с хорошими речами, контролируя каждое свое слово, каждый жест.
Внимание уделяется каждому участнику, чтобы он успевал за всей группой. Кому-то обучение дается легче, кому-то сложнее. И результаты у всех получаются разные. Но базовыми навыками овладевают все учащиеся.
Публичное выступление
Это комплекс навыков. Нужно уметь и речь сказать, и на ходу что-то придумать. При этом смотреть на публику, видеть собравшихся людей, чувствовать их реакцию. Кому-то при выступлении мешают волнение и скованность, бывает сложно смотреть в зал, мысли путаются, хочется быстрее уйти.
На занятиях Школы ораторского мастерства отрабатывается каждая деталь публичного выступления.
Итак, какими же основными навыками овладевают участники базового тренинга:
Зрительный контакт.
Многие начинающие ораторы при выступлениях боятся взглянуть на своих слушателей. Их взгляд чаще блуждает поверх голов публики, либо уходит «в никуда». А ведь это в корне не верно. Оратору необходимо видеть всех присутствующих, отслеживать их реакцию. Без такого «зрительного контакта» оратор подобен радиоприемнику: «Хочешь слушай, а хочешь – нет». К концу обучения, все участники легко и смело смотрят в зал.
Паузы.
Это не молчание, это эффективный элемент нашей речи оратора. Пауза может привлечь внимание, усилить акцент на нужной фразе. Паузы дают возможность оратору думать во время речи и контролировать слова. Научиться делать их спокойно и уверенно, без страха, что в это время нас могут перебить – такому навыку мы учимся на различных упражнениях.
Слова-паразиты.
И другие ненужные звуки: «М-мм, э-ээ…». Они не только засоряют нашу речь, но и создают «неприглядный» образ человека, не умеющего владеть собственной речью. Будем делать упражнения, надежно убирающие такой «мусор» из речи человека. После обучения, у наших ораторов мусорные звуки и слова паразиты не встречаются в речи.
Скорость речи
Если говорить быстро – люди устанут слушать. Если говорить медленно – уснут. Чувствовать скорость своей речи, уметь говорить как быстро, так и медленно – решаемая задача на нашем тренинге. Каждый оратор должен научиться говорить и быстро и медленно. Будут и скороговорки, и другие упражнения.
Жесты
Часто, начинающие ораторы, не знают, куда деть свои руки. И поэтому у них либо вовсе отсутствуют жесты, либо эти жесты мелкие на уровне пояса.

Интонации
Речь сама по себе может привлекать внимание, «завораживать». У оратора есть множество способов сделать свою речь «привлекательной» с помощью интонаций, громкости, артикуляции, пауз, эмоциональности…
Публичное чтение текста

Не все ораторы умеют читать текст на публике.
Оратор должен так читать текст, чтобы при этом видеть всех своих слушателей, чувствуя их реакцию на прочитанное. Именно видеть!
И этот навык нужно отрабатывать с помощью упражнений.

Экспромт
Техники экспромта помогают оратору не только сориентироваться быстро в ситуации, но и с лёгкостью говорить на любые темы, любое количество времени.
