Бороться с ленью – непонятное занятие. Если лень в нас, то с чем мы боремся? С собой?
Не с ленью нужно бороться, а развивать навык. Какой? Силу воли:

Лень — это тогда, когда мы знаем, что нужно делать, но не делаем.
Почти каждый день вижу людей, которые выступают. И почти каждый день я вижу ошибки в выступлениях ораторов. Одни и те же грабли, на которые наступает бесчисленное количество выступающих людей. Так же я почувствовал, что эти занятия были небольшим полигоном для преодоления себя в некоторых моментах. Например, выступать перед незнакомыми людьми, выражать свои эмоции в стихах.
